  1. I think Scratch is a simple but useful tool to teach students the logic of programming. And it is a freeware. Actually, we teach programming with Scratch in my working school. Besides, Scratch can also be used to control robots. Dr. Vincent M.K. Lau of Department of Computer Science, HKU, has been doing this.

  2. I also think Scratch makes programming simple and interesting. With the clear interface and the colour distinguished bars, it is very suitable for young children and green hands to start learning programming. Apart from schools, Scratch can be used in many other settings: museums, community centers, and homes.

  3. My school has promoted and taught the Scratch learning since last year. We learned it by the program named, Learning through Engineering, Art and Design, in the Cyberport. It's quite good for training the students in programming and logic thinking. They like it so much! The experienced students lead the new learner this year.
