-Expressing their viewpoints freely and actively
-Being collaborative and creative in group work
-Developing further study or learning activities after class spontaneously
-Being adept in discovering and asking questions
-Taking advantage of Internet to do research and support study
What teaching behaviours might you expect to see?
-Having a clear understanding of the teaching goals
-Caring each student’s performance and analyzing their personal characteristics (e.g. merits and shortcomings, interests and indifference)
-Guiding the students to study in a wise and effective way
-Encouraging students to find their merits and overcome their bad behaviours
-Collecting the suggestion and expectations of teaching from students
-Communicating with students as friends not just like teachers and students
-Treating all the students equally
How would you expect learning activities to be organized?
-Being organized with and beyond class, in and out of classrooms
-Being organized in a more interactive and attractive ways
-Collecting good advices for organizing learning activities from students and parents also, rather than deciding directly by teaching staff
-Cooperating with government departments and enterprises to create different types of learning activities with more social and practical values
How do you think these classrooms might support use of Digital Media and Mobile Learning Devices?-Movable furniture and changeable layout could enable kinds of digital media and mobile learning devices to be used into class, which may create a flexible and comfortable environment for teaching and learning with sophisticated facilities and modern pedagogy.
